1. About Our Service

FareFlightTravels.us is managed by a marketing and advertising service provider on behalf of World's Travel LLC, an IATA-accredited travel agency (IATA License No. 14017953). All flight bookings and travel services are fulfilled exclusively by World's Travel LLC. We are an independent travel agency and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline. All airline names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

2. Our Role as Travel Intermediary

We act solely as an independent booking intermediary between you and the airline. We do not operate aircraft, own airline inventory, or control airline schedules. All air transportation services — including carriage, baggage handling, in-flight services, and customer care during travel — are provided exclusively by the respective airlines under their own Conditions of Carriage. By confirming a booking with us, you also agree to be bound by the airline's conditions of carriage, fare rules, and applicable policies.

3. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings are made over the phone by calling (888) 412-2404. Our agents are available 24/7.
• You must provide complete and accurate passenger information including the full legal name of each traveller as it appears on their passport or government-issued ID, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• A booking is considered confirmed only when full payment or an authorised deposit has been received and a booking reference number or e-ticket has been issued to you.
• You are responsible for reviewing all booking details — names, dates, routes, cabin class, and fare conditions — for accuracy before confirmation. Errors discovered after ticketing may incur additional fees to correct.
• By completing a booking, you confirm that all passengers have consented to the collection and processing of their personal data for reservation purposes.

4. Fares and Pricing

• All fares quoted are subject to real-time airline availability. A fare is not guaranteed until payment is received and the ticket is issued.
• Quoted fares include the base airline fare and applicable government taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Additional charges including baggage fees, seat selection fees, and onboard services are governed exclusively by the airline's current policies.
• Promotional, sale, or Basic Economy fares may be entirely non-refundable and non-changeable. These restrictions are clearly communicated before you confirm your booking.
• Our service fees are charged separately from the airline fare and are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Prices displayed on this website are indicative only and may change without notice.

5. Payment

• We accept major credit and debit cards processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• Full payment or an authorised deposit is required at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is due by the date specified by your agent.
• By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount for the booking and applicable service fees.
• Your card statement may show a charge from World's Travel LLC or our designated payment processor.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Travel Documents: You must carry a valid passport or accepted government-issued ID valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
• Visas and Entry Requirements: You are solely responsible for obtaining all required visas, Electronic Travel Authorisations (ETAs, ESTAs), and entry documents for all countries on your itinerary, including transit stops. We do not provide visa or immigration advice.
• Check-In Deadlines: You must comply with all airline check-in cutoff times. Failure to check in by the required time may result in denied boarding without refund.
• Baggage: You are responsible for complying with the airline's baggage allowances and restrictions. We are not responsible for excess baggage fees or baggage-related issues during travel.
• Health and Entry Requirements: You must verify and comply with all health documentation requirements (vaccination certificates, testing, health declarations) for the airline and all countries on your itinerary.
• Accurate Name Spelling: Your name on the ticket must match your travel document exactly. Name corrections may be subject to airline fees and our amendment service fee.

7. Changes and Cancellations

All modifications and cancellations are subject to the fare rules of the issuing airline and our applicable service fees. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Key points:

• Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded. Where possible, we will explore available alternatives such as travel credits or date changes.
• Refundable fares are subject to airline cancellation penalties that increase as the departure date approaches.
• Changes to travel dates, routes, or passenger names may incur airline change fees plus our amendment service fee.
• All requests must be submitted before the scheduled departure time. We cannot process changes or cancellations for flights that have already departed.

8. Airline-Initiated Schedule Changes

Airlines may modify or cancel flights due to operational requirements, weather events, government restrictions, or other factors outside their control. In the event of a significant schedule change or cancellation by the airline, we will notify you and assist in identifying your available options, which may include rebooking, a travel credit, or a refund in accordance with the airline's policies and applicable law. We accept no liability for airline-initiated schedule changes.

9. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for a flight without advance cancellation (a "no-show") generally results in full forfeiture of the ticket value under most airline policies. We are not responsible for denied boarding due to late arrival at the airport. We strongly encourage you to contact us as early as possible if your plans change — even a same-day cancellation may preserve some value under certain fare types.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel. Coverage should include trip cancellation, medical emergencies abroad, missed connections, and baggage loss. We do not sell or underwrite travel insurance products. The decision to purchase coverage rests solely with you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FareFlightTravels.us and World's Travel LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Flight delays, cancellations, diversions, or missed connections caused by airlines or circumstances outside our control.
• Loss of personal property, travel documents, or luggage during travel.
• Personal injury, illness, or death during air travel.
• Denied boarding or entry resulting from passenger failure to hold required documentation.
• Additional costs arising from force majeure events including pandemics, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or acts of war.
• Errors or inaccuracies in information provided by airlines or third-party data sources.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the service fees paid by you for the specific booking in question.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to the operating company. Airline names, logos, and trademarks belong entirely to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. No affiliation with or endorsement by any airline is implied or intended.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which World's Travel LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction, as applicable.

14. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at fareflighttravels.us/terms-and-conditions.html. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
